Remember the Seinfeld episode where Elaine goes on and on about the muffin tops and how they should just sell those, because after all they are the best part of the muffin? I don’t know if I am just slow or what, but I just found a Muffin Top baking pan that lets you make just the best part of the muffin, or cupcake, or cookie creation. These would be a lot of fun at a birthday party, a nice change of pace at a baby shower and perfect for every day baking, too.

One of my favorite sites, Picky Palate, has a recipe for making Snickers Caramel Cheesecake cookies in the muffin top pan that looks absolutely amazing.  Those would be such a hit at any gathering.
