Wizard of Oz Ruby Slipper Cupcakes and Party Supplies

We were at a Wizard of Oz themed event yesterday and they had the most delicious Ruby Slipper cupcakes.

The cupcakes were a simple vanilla cake with buttercream frosting. On top was gold sugar and a red chocolate ruby slipper. Way cute and very yummy, too.
